Root chakra is the 1st chakra in my body located at the base of my spine. Root chakra is the foundation on which I build life. It represents safety, stability, comfort and security. Root chakra corresponds to the element of earth. It is the a where my Kundalini energy (life force) sleeps and awaits to be liberated.
2. Sacral Chakra | Svadhisthana
Sacral chakra is the 2nd chakra in my body located below the navel. Sacral chakra is the main centre of my creativity, emotional intelligence and sexuality. Main element of sacral chakra is water. Balanced sacral chakra allows me to take delight in the pleasure of sex and see intimacy as a form of communication.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra | Manipura
Solar plexus chakra is the 3rd chakra in my body located in the
stomach area. It is a center of my personal identity, self-esteem and ego. Solar plexus chakra element is fire. Main function and purpose of my solar plexus chakra is transformation. Solar plexus chakra gives my body fuel, energy and it keeps me alive.
4. Heart Chakra | Anahata
Heart chakra is the 4th chakra in my body located in the chest area. It represents love, acceptance and compassion. Heart chakra acts as a bridge between my body and mind. Heart chakra is a home of my spirit and love is the unifying force of balanced heart chakra. Element of heart chakra is air, which represents freedom.
5. Throat Chakra | Vishuddha
Throat chakra is the 5th chakra my in my body located at the center of my neck. It represents my ability to communicate effectively. Throat chakra is the seat of purification. Element associated with throat chakra is ether. Balanced throat chakra enables my creativity to be expressed through speech, clear thought and writing.
6. Third Eye Chakra | Ajna
Third eye chakra is the 6th chakra in my body located in the middle of my forehead, between the eyebrows. It is my spiritual center of awareness and intuition. Its element is light. Third eye chakra is my main portal, through which I can obtain higher knowledge, enhance my visualization abilities and ultimately, step beyond duality.
7. Crown Chakra | Sahasrara
Crown chakra is the 7th chakra in my body located at the top of the head. The element of crown chakra is thought. Main function of this chakra is knowing. The development of crown chakra leads me to profound transformation, self-realization and enlightenment. Sahasrara helps me to feel divine unity with everything around me.
