HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
7 Chakra Store uses industry-standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline in our privately run secure data center.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
• All items are subject to a handling period (1-5 days) before they are dispatched.
• We will notify you by email (with a tracking link) when your order is shipped.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?*
$2.99 for for all orders under $50 USD.
$5.99 for for all orders under $50 USD.
*Please note: There are no shipping fees for digital products / instant downloads.
**Digital downloads can be used to receive free shipping when purchased with physical products
We will pay for your shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
COUNTRIES WE CANNOT SHIP TO
Due to a high percentage of orders being lost or returned. As of October 1st 2020 we have decided we can no longer ship orders to the following countries:
• Isle of Man
• Reunion Island
• Saudi Arabia
• Sri Lanka
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
We use USPS and UPS for majority of orders from United States.
Most of International orders are shipped via DHL & Asendia.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the tracking system. In some cases, tracking information won't load in a timely manner. If your order has a tracking number but has not updated, please rest assured that you will be taken care of. It is our responsibility to take good care of our customers and we take that responsibility very seriously.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
- Quick checkout process.
- Easily view your order status and order history.
- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions.
WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send you couple of emails (or text messages if you decided to check out with your phone number only), including an order confirmation, and a shipping notice with a tracking number.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please send us an email to email@example.com and we will fix it for you.
WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Certain items (such as posters or canvases) are shipped separately as they require special type of packaging. Other items sometimes require longer production and handling times. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders over the phone. You can try placing your order on a different device or browser. If you are still experiencing problems, we are happy to speak with you and assist with troubleshooting orders.
