It is important to understand that a rising Kundalini is one of the most important spiritual goals capable of modifying the life of any human being.

But to make this happen, it is necessary to make it leave its dormant state (when it is known as Kundalini) to become active (Shakti).

Here is how you can do it:

1. Tantra & Sex

I know this might sound crazy, but it is obvious that a snake resembles a penis. And some people believe that kundalini energy is nothing more than the sublimated sexual energy, a phenomenon that occurs by repressing its normal manifestations.

3. Self-Observation

Developing awareness of your actions and activities is fundamental to the energetic potential of your body, as well as to harmonize the chakras.

A good way to start this process is to conduct a guided self-observation meditation.

4. Music

Music is a powerful ally of your mind, having an impact on mood, concentration, relaxation, and the feeling of well-being.

Some songs and frequencies assist in entering the meditative state, which is great for awakening kundalini energy.

Try listening to some relaxing music to bring mental clarity and focus to your day.

Another recommendation is to listen to a binaural frequency music (binural beats), which are known to balance the chakras.

5. Food

Healthy eating is essential for bodily and spiritual health. Bring more nature to your diet. Consume fruits and vegetables, reduce meat consumption, and always look for organic options.

Take the opportunity to reduce the consumption of processed foods. Food is very involved with the harmony of the chakras, which, in turn, is fundamental for the awakening of kundalini energy.

6. Exercises

Physical activities are great ways to mitigate the effects of body age and reduce the chances of harm to health. 

Both the body and the mind benefit from physical activity. As the body is the vehicle of the soul, it needs to be in fullness, and this will only be possible when we take care of our physique.

Remember that exercise does not mean intense activities and a lack of pleasure. 

Try to exercise within your limits and seek pleasurable exercises for you.
A morning walk or daily stretching session is a great start.

Before I jump to the symptoms of kundalini awakening and appease this energy, you must first know the dangers it poses.

There is something called the Kundalini Syndrome, this term refers to unpleasant moments in the inappropriate process of awakening the kundalini energy.

This can lead to many physical, psychological, and sexual problems as the energy gets stuck in the lower chakras.

If the lower chakras are too activated, the Kundalini syndrome can manifest itself physically as heat in the body in an excessive way, skin rashes, fatigue, insomnia, depression, and hypertension can appear.

To avoid such scenarios, I will specify that it is absolutely necessary to avoid forcing the opening of the Kundalini.

This is because unpleasant phenomena could occur if you are not prepared. Therefore it is advisable to seek support to carry out these activities since you may have problems that will affect your mind and body.

If you search on the internet, you will find many people who describe this phenomenon with a metaphor the same or similar to the following:

If you have a cable that can hold 10 units of energy, and you pass 20 units of energy through it, you will burn it.

In the same way, the Kundalini is a very powerful energy, and you must prepare your energy system and nervous system to be able to resist its force.

Kundalini Awakening Signs

A kundalini awakening is not necessarily abrupt. It can be soft and gradual, even completely invisible. Awakening occurs at several different levels that I have explained below:

1. Physical sensations

Movement of energy can give the sensation of something crawling under the skin. It happens that tingling or numbness can be accompanied by internal vibration and movement.

It should be noted that this sensation can occur in any part of the body, especially in the legs. Due to the fact that symptoms often begin in the lower chakras, in the nerve endings of the lower back, first sensations may appear in the feet.

2. Visual symptoms

The spectrum of visual symptoms can be very wide. From short flashes of light somewhere deep in the head to the appearance of images and frightening hallucinations.

These flashes of light may appear when you are in a state of meditation, but also when you are in your normal state.

3. Changes in temperature

Feelings of heat can manifest in two ways. For example, general heat can cause energy to move. It is also possible that the limbs, and especially the hands, become hot to the touch.

4. Changes in breathing

These changes occur quite often during meditation. Breathing can become faster, or conversely, slow down. It can be sharp and frequent, but it can be slow and smooth.

5. Changes related to emotions

During energetic awakening, there are no boundaries for emotions. You can experience bliss, harmony, peace, joy, and along with these feelings, experience despair, self-doubt, fear, and even insanity.

Quite often, people suffer from a lack of self-confidence, which takes many forms.

  • You may start to doubt your reality.
  • You may be overpowered by the doubts about reality and everything that happens around you.
  • You may wonder, "Why me? Why now?".
